Hooray! Don’t Smash has been preselected for the Chinh India Kids Film Fest.

Here’s the women’s Illusion Profusion shirt at Epaulet during the Smith Street fair.

The shirts I’ve designed for Epaulet have arrived! There are two designs, each based on characters from “Thinking Cap World” (above) and “Illusion Profusion” . You can find them at the Epaulet shop (231 Smith Street, Brooklyn).
They’ll also have them at the Smith Street fair on Sunday, and I’ll be there for that. Come by and say hi!

*”Don’t Smash” tied for an Audience Award at the kidsfilmfest this past Sunday! The festival was a lot of fun - it was great meeting the other directors. Thanks to all who came to see it and meet us afterwards. Here’s a photo with me and the other directors (l to r): Thy Than, Mike Gray, myself, Kelly Shon.
*Also - the New York Magazine blog mentions my next upcoming project: shirts for Brooklyn boutique Epaulet. More to come!
On March 4th, Asthmatic Kitty puts out their first dvd compilation, “Encyclopedia Asthmatica.” It’s got a nice, full-size version of “Put the Lights on the Tree,” plus more stellar videos and performances. Watch the trailer above!
A class in Taiwan has recreated/interpreted the “Put the Lights on the Tree” song and video. Quite cute - it’ll make your holiday. Merry Christmas!

It’s the end of November - time for a fresh, new advent calendar! I designed this one to go with Sufjan’s Songs for Christmas box set, and it’s now available on Asthmatic Kitty’s website.
Featuring cameos by many friends, such as Sheila Saputo, shown here delivering a pizza. Watch her own special Christmas greeting on youtube.
My Sufjan Christmas video appears on the big screen as part of the Animation Block Party - July 29th at Galapagos Art Space in Brooklyn.

Calling Oslo! Hop on over to SubScene on April 12th - where they’re screening Danielson: a Family Movie, preceded by both Thinking Cap World and Illusion Profusion!
