Animated some partying sea creatures on this promo for a Conservation International & Havaianas collaboration! New flip-flops will benefit the Abrolhos ecosystem in Brazil, and the animals are loving it. Directed by Graham Elliott.

In June 2009, I visited the Alden Shoe Company in Massachusetts with Epaulet owner Mike Kuhle, and shot a short documentary of our visit. Get a glimpse of the only shoe manufacturer in New England and learn all about quality shoe production! And take a look at Mike’s photo gallery of the visit. The video launches along with a new Epaulet/Alden boot collaboration.

“Don’t Smash” was selected for the International Competition of the Eksjo Animation Festival, in Eksjo, Sweden, September 26-29th!

Dylan Metrano of Tigersaw has a new book out about 10 years of his band, called “All of My Friends Are Right Here With Me.” It comes with a CD of covers, plus contributions from the many folks who’ve performed & toured with him. That includes me, and a comic I drew about our 2002 tour appears in there. Yeahh!

The Brooklyn Design Lab now features a “Don’t Smash” themed window display! It’ll be up for the next two weeks, and includes the short on repeat, plus several giant-sized playing cards. If you’re in the hood (7th Ave btwn. 13 & 14th) swing by and take a look!

Attention Annecy Animation Festival attendees! There will be an unofficial “Animation Film Party” on June 8th, 7:30 pm at Le Comptoir de la Folie Ordinaire. Music videos screen first, with my Danielson video, Idiot Boksen, kicking things off! It’ll be an awesome start to the week-long festival.
